Rinjin is a new project from Norway, consisting of Christoer “Chris Le Pop” and Frøy.
They rst met when they became neighbors, sharing the same garden, hence the name Rinjin (Japanese for “neighbors” 隣人).

With a common background as musicians, they quickly became friends. Christoer had been producing music for many years with his other projects, Remington Super 60 and Musique Le Pop. Frøydis has a diverse background as a producer, vocalist and actress.
With a shared love for the Norwegian electronica scene emerging in the beginning of the 2000s, it was a given for them to start experimenting together in the studio.

Rinjin is inuenced by artists such as Røyksopp, Todd Terje, Annie, and Lindstrøm, which later evolved into the phenomenon of Oslo disco.

The duo creates music for people to dance and forget about everything else.
The single “Just Us” is about longing; longing for love, longing to dance, longing to forget about your troubles. “Just us” will be released on April 26th.

The duo is constantly working on new material, and more music is already on the way.
